Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on automotive tech experience
• Solid productivity and pride in your work
• Comfortable with maintenance, brakes, suspension, and basic electrical
• ASE certified or actively working toward ASEs

Nice To Haves

• Honda experience is a plus — not required

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, brakes, suspension & steering
• Light diagnostics and drivability repairs
• Digital multi‑point inspections (MPI)
• Working alongside experienced A‑Techs and Master Techs
• Following Honda repair procedures and quality standards
• Assigned more complex diagnostics
• Moved into higher‑pay labor tiers
• Sponsored for additional ASE certifications
