About The Position
The Automotive Technician Mentee Apprentice Program at Hertrich Family of Dealerships offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to fast-track their technical careers in the automotive industry. This program allows participants to earn while they learn, providing hands-on training alongside experienced technicians. Over a five-year period, apprentices will gain valuable skills and knowledge, culminating in Master Certification with the automobile manufacturer after two years. The program is designed for those with a strong commitment to pursuing a career in automotive technology, regardless of prior experience.
