Requirements

• Previous automotive technician/mechanic experience
• A or B Level Technician experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Automotive employees.

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certifications a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair domestic and foreign vehicles (basic to advanced repairs depending on experience)
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with teammates to meet service goals
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication regarding vehicle needs
