Requirements

  • Energetic, motivated, and punctual
  • Clean driving record and valid Texas DL
  • Willingness to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles using manufacturer specifications, tools, and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems to identify issues accurately.
  • Replace or repair faulty components including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical wiring.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and labor time in the dealership management system (DMS).
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair findings, estimated costs, and timeframes.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety procedures, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
  • Ensure customer vehicles are returned in clean and operational condition
