Profit-Sharing (eligible after one year) Purchase Discounts RESPONSIBILITIES Address the customer's primary concern Properly document the cause and the correction in our DMS Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors Complete all your Factory Web Training in a timely manner and stay current with all training Understand all Factory Warranties and Policy and Procedures QUALIFICATIONS Factory Training preferred but not required Self-motivated to be a productive technician Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail General mechanical skills Brand specific training/certification preferred but not required. Requirements

• Factory Training preferred but not required
