Nice To Haves
- Prior auto dealership tag/title experience
- Reynolds & Reynolds (ERAccess and Ignite)
- Accounting software experience
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Process title work for FL and Out-Of-State deals
- Finalize title work through DLRdmv
- Assist with DMV license plate audits
- Renew dealer plates annually
- Posting journal entries
- G/L Account & Schedule reconciliations
- Prepare and send titles for wholesaled vehicles
- Other duties as assigned
