Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in retail automotive management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Tire and automotive service knowledge
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- State inspection license (or ability to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including sales, service, and repair functions
- Coach and develop team members in technical skills and customer service
- Build long-term customer relationships through trust and communication
- Drive store performance in sales, productivity, and profitability
- Ensure high service quality, workflow efficiency, and a safe, clean environment
