What You'll Do as an Automotive Store Manager Lead a high-volume automotive service retail location in the Denver metro area with full P&L responsibility. Drive store revenue and profitability through strong sales execution, operational excellence, and an outstanding customer experience. Recruit, develop, coach, and motivate a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff. Execute company processes and sales strategies that have delivered consistent success for over 50 years. Hold teams accountable to performance metrics including sales conversion, car count, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Lead with integrity while maintaining alignment with company values, safety standards, and growth objectives. Build bench strength and succession plans to ensure long-term store success. What Makes You a Great Fit 5+ years of experience successfully managing an automotive service center or high-volume retail automotive operation. Proven track record of exceeding sales, profit, and performance goals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to gain buy-in, coach performance, and drive accountability. Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
