About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Shop Foreman to spearhead our service department operations. If you are a technical expert with a passion for operational excellence and team development, we want you to be at the helm.

Requirements

• Proven Leader: Extensive experience in shop management with a track record of motivating a technical team.
• Expert Technician: Master-level diagnostic skills and comprehensive mechanical knowledge.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to manage high-volume throughput without compromising detail or safety.
• Credentialed: Current ASE certifications and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily shop flow, ensuring maximum technician productivity and bay efficiency.
• Technical Mentorship: Act as the primary resource for complex diagnostics, providing hands-on coaching to elevate the skill sets of our team.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for repair integrity and safety to ensure total client satisfaction.
• Performance Tracking: Collaborate with service advisors and management to meet department goals and streamline workflows.
