Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Ford Master Technician certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency.
• Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow
• Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations
• Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards
• Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs
