About The Position

As the Shipping/Receiving Advisor, you are responsible for the efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the delivery of parts and materials.

Requirements

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
• Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills for tracking shipments and inventory

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments of parts and materials
• Inspect shipments for damage and verify accuracy of contents
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to track delivery schedules
• Maintain organized storage and inventory of parts in the warehouse
