Due to remarkable growth, Johnson Lexus of Durham the exciting opportunity to expand our team with an additional Full-Time Automotive Service Valet! To help keep up with the increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests! Summary: The Service Valet will assist the Service Department by guiding and directing service guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations. .
Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment
- Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and we E-Verify
- Have local knowledge of Durham, NC and surrounding areas
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests entering the Service Department
- Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot
- Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles
- Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities
- Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed
- Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested
- Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered
- Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management
