About The Position
Due to remarkable growth, Johnson Lexus of Raleigh has the exciting opportunity to expand our team with the addition of a Full-Time Automotive Service Valet! To help keep up with the increasing consumer demands in a fast-paced environment, we are seeking friendly individuals with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service to our guests! Johnson Lexus of Raleigh is a member of Johnson Automotive, one of the fastest growing automotive companies in the Triangle. Johnson Automotive has earned a reputation for outstanding customer service and first-class operation by hiring top performers that are eager to elevate our guest's experiences. The Service Valet will assist the Service Department by guiding and directing service guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations. Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to greeting all guests entering the Service Department, promoting smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot, assisting with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles, ensuring guests are familiar with dealership amenities, directing guests to appropriate service personnel as needed, utilizing a shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested, keeping abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered, and assisting the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management. The hours include Monday to Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 7:00am - 5:00pm and occasional Sundays from 12:00pm-5:00pm.
