We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role involves servicing and repairing vehicles according to established procedures while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Technicians may also be responsible for conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work safely and follow safety procedures
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Positive attitude and dependable

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs
• Perform routine service inspections, tests, and standard maintenance tasks
• Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards
• Support shop efficiency by assisting with inventory stocking and general maintenance
• Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations
