Benefits Health and dental insurance 401(k) plan IRA matching Paid time off and vacation Paid manufacturer training Tuition reimbursement Employee vehicle purchase plans Family-owned and operated work environment Long-term job stability and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to identify issues Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Prior Service Technician experience preferred but not required Vocational or technical degree preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new technologies and manufacturer repair procedures Valid driver’s license required Mike Carpino Ford Lincoln is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

Prior Service Technician experience preferred but not required
Vocational or technical degree preferred
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency
Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn new technologies and manufacturer repair procedures
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
