Requirements

  • ASE Certification(s)

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks
  • Complete multi-point inspections
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles using Ford factory tools
  • Handle electrical, mechanical, and drivability repairs
  • Document work performed in accordance with dealership and Ford standards
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area
