Requirements

Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, preferably with Volvo vehicles.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or education preferred.
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Volvo vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Use computerized diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues.
Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle problems and recommended services.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Stay updated on technical bulletins, recalls, and new service techniques.
