About The Position

Ocean Honda of Brockton, established to provide excellent automotive services, is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. We are committed to delivering professional, high-quality service in a supportive work environment. The Automotive Service Technician will perform vehicle service and repairs following established standards. This includes conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet customer expectations. The technician will maintain high customer satisfaction by providing quality and efficient service.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic with professionalism and dependability
Focus on safety and customer service
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as necessary
Entry-level candidates with relevant work experience are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service and repairs
Perform routine service inspections, tests, and standard maintenance tasks
Complete and maintain required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards
Support shop operations including inventory stocking and general shop upkeep
Adhere to all shop policies, safety procedures, and environmental guidelines
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
Carry out other duties as assigned to support team success
