Requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform basic vehicle maintenance including lube services, tire rotations, alignments, and Virginia state inspections. Conduct light repair work such as brake jobs, spark plug replacements, and fluid services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow dealership and OEM standards for service quality and safety. Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Qualifications: Prefer experienced technicians with Toyota or Lexus backgrounds (all candidates will be considered) Must have own tools Clean, valid Maryland driver’s license Above-average computer skills Team-oriented, respectful, and dependable attitude Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver's License Benefits: 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Health, dental, and vision insurance.
