Requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform basic vehicle maintenance including lube services, tire rotations, alignments, and Virginia state inspections. Conduct light repair work such as brake jobs, spark plug replacements, and fluid services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow dealership and OEM standards for service quality and safety. Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
