Requirements

Experience Preferred: Previous professional automotive repair experience.
Ability to commute to Charlottesville, VA
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must provide their own tools

Technical Proficiency: Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Precision Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and repair vehicle issues accurately the first time.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Documentation: Clearly communicate with Service Advisors regarding work performed and any additional needed repairs.
Continuous Learning: Participate in Manufacturer and In-House training programs to stay current on evolving vehicle technology.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the parts department and shop foreman to ensure timely vehicle turnaround.
