About The Position

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles (manual and automatic)
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves
- For Class A/B: Prior automotive repair experience, ASE certifications, and manufacturer training preferred
- For Class C: Interest in automotive career and willingness to learn. Preferably some experience in a dealership/service center/automotive.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately according to Lithia and manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and resolve automotive issues
- Complete all work following safety requirements
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality repairs
- Document work performed and maintain an organized workspace
