Automotive Service Technician Are you a skilled technician looking for a dealership that values your expertise and pays accordingly? We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team for 2026. If you are not looking to make a move to Cottonwood, we are a quick 1 hour drive from the busy city life of Phoenix. We offer a Monday through Friday schedule of 8am to 5pm to promote family time and well being. The management and ownership team focus on your professional growth and person success. Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an automotive technician.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications: GM or Hyundai certification is a BIG plus .
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent customer service mindset.
- Mindset: Fast learner, team player, and tech-savvy with a willingness to master new software.
- Legal: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders with efficiency.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems.
- Communicate directly with Service Advisors to provide technical updates and notify them of any additional service needs.
- Provide accurate labor time estimates for additional repairs.
- Execute warranty repairs strictly to manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
