About The Position

Join Lexus of Orlando’s or Lexus of Winter Park’s service team! Our high-volume, fast-paced service department is looking for skilled ASE-certified technicians to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. We offer a supportive environment, state-of-the-art equipment, and a climate-controlled shop to ensure a comfortable and productive work atmosphere.

Requirements

• ASE certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong commitment to “fixing it right the first time” and maintaining high CSI and productivity.
• Must own your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs as outlined in repair orders with a focus on efficiency and excellence.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns, accurately communicating necessary repairs to service advisors.
• Complete maintenance and service tasks correctly on the first visit.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles post-repair for quality assurance.
