About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. The technician will service and repair vehicles following established procedures and standards. This role may also involve performing pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet quality expectations. The ideal candidate delivers high-quality service and maintains excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Strong focus on safety and customer service
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects
- Previous automotive experience preferred but can consider entry-level candidates

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair
- Perform routine inspections, tests, and standard maintenance jobs
- Complete required documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Support shop appearance, safety standards, and efficient operations, including inventory management
- Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
