About The Position
Edmond Hyundai is seeking a motivated C-Level Automotive Technician with solid experience in maintenance and light repairs. This is a flat-rate (flag hour) position ideal for technicians who are efficient, detail-oriented, and looking to grow into higher-level roles within a dealership environment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of automotive technician experience
- Ability to complete maintenance and light repairs independently
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and repair procedures
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive in a flat-rate environment
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications a plus (training support available)
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and light repair services efficiently under a flat-rate system
- Complete brake work, tire services, fluid services, and basic mechanical repairs
- Diagnose straightforward vehicle issues using scan tools and standard procedures
- Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend needed services
- Accurately flag hours and document work performed
- Maintain productivity while ensuring quality and safety standards
- Work closely with service advisors and senior technicians
