Requirements
- 2+ years automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Team-oriented and reliable
Nice To Haves
- Volkswagen experience
- ASE certifications
- Virginia State Inspection License
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Volkswagen and other makes/models
- Perform maintenance and multi-point inspections
- Document recommendations clearly
- Communicate with service advisors
- Follow all safety and OEM guidelines
