About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to service and repair vehicles according to established standards. This role includes performing pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure top quality for our customers. The ideal candidate delivers excellent service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional and dependable work ethic
• Strong focus on safety and customer service
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Previous experience is beneficial but entry-level candidates will be considered

Nice To Haves

• Post-secondary automotive training or certifications
• ASE certification or equivalent dealer-level experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service and repair
• Perform routine inspections, tests, and maintenance tasks
• Complete all required documentation compliant with regulations and standards
• Support shop appearance, safety standards, and operational efficiency by handling inventory and general shop duties
• Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
