Requirements
- Strong automotive background
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to mentor and help others learn
- Proven record of exceptional customer satisfaction with an energetic attitude
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Willing to submit to a drug screen (excludes marijuana)
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose components using advanced tools
- Maintain and repair automotive systems: engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, and more
- Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and time estimates
- Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
