About The Position
Chapman BMW Chandler is hiring an Automotive Service Technician to join our team! We’re looking for a skilled, motivated professional with strong diagnostic and repair experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs while working in a large, well-equipped shop with a strong customer base. Full-time position | $80,000–$170,000+ annually (commission/flag hour pay structure) What You’ll Do Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C Perform detailed vehicle inspections and document findings with accuracy Communicate additional repair needs and estimated timelines to Service Advisors Complete work according to repair orders and dealership processes Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Maintain a high level of productivity and quality in all repairs What We Offer Competitive commission-based compensation with strong earning potential Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Employee and family discounts on vehicles and services Volunteer opportunities and more Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) with company match Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair Previous BMW certification highly preferred ASE certifications a plus Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-up Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Schedule & Work Environment Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 5-day workweek with flexible scheduling Large, air-conditioned shop with a strong customer base Team-oriented, collaborative environment focused on productivity and growth How to Apply Submit your application for consideration. Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair
