The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair (Ford experience a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with automotive tools and diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on Ford and non-Ford vehicles
• Complete routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings clearly
• Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines for all repairs and services
• Document work performed and parts used on repair orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Stay current with Ford service bulletins and training opportunities
• Ensure all work meets dealership quality and safety standards
