Requirements

• 2+ years automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Team-oriented and reliable

Nice To Haves

• Volkswagen experience
• ASE certifications
• Virginia State Inspection License

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Volkswagen and other makes/models
• Perform maintenance and multi-point inspections
• Document recommendations clearly
• Communicate with service advisors
• Follow all safety and OEM guidelines
