Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • Trade School education in Automotive Technology preferred.
  • ASE Certifications preferred.
  • Valid Virginia State Inspection License preferred.
  • Prior experience in an automotive dealership or service center is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance including lube services, tire rotations, alignments, and Virginia state inspections.
  • Conduct light repair work such as brake jobs, spark plug replacements, and fluid services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Follow dealership and OEM standards for service quality and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
