About The Position
We are seeking skilled Automotive Service Technicians & Mechanics to join a busy and growing team in Tupelo. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair who are looking for steady, full-time work. Pay: $15+/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
- ASE certification is a plus
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various physical positions
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks)
- Repair or replace parts such as brakes, bearings, and sensors
- Work on engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems
- Document repairs and services completed
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly
