Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certification required or willingness to obtain A/B/C level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service and basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to learn and improve
- Enjoy working in dynamic environments and collaborating with teammates
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Preferred 2+ years of Service Technician experience
Responsibilities
- Efficiently perform repairs per dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, and more.
- Use diagnostic tools and test-drive vehicles for system checks.
- Communicate repair status and estimates to customers through Service Advisor.
- Complete warranty repairs as required.
