Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
• ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• European or Volkswagen experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles
• Use factory diagnostic equipment and service procedures
• Complete warranty and recall repairs to manufacturer standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings clearly
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
