About The Position

We are seeking skilled and motivated Lead (Level A) and Mid-Level (Level B) Automotive Technicians to join our high-performing service team. If you are looking for a career that invests in your future—especially in high-demand fields like Diesel and Electric Vehicles (EV)—we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Ownership of basic tools (specialized equipment provided)
A commitment to quality, safety, and "fixing it right the first time"

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on engine, transmission, and electrical systems (Level A Technician)
Specialize in Diesel engine repair (including after-treatment systems) and EV/Hybrid high-voltage systems (Level A Technician)
Mentor and provide technical guidance to Level B and C technicians (Level A Technician)
Execute mid-level repairs including brakes, suspension, heating/cooling, and light engine work (Level B Technician)
Perform routine maintenance and inspections with high efficiency (Level B Technician)
Participate in Diesel and EV certification programs to transition toward Level A status (Level B Technician)
