As an Automotive Service Technician , you will service and repair vehicles following company standards and procedures. This includes performing pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles meet quality and safety requirements before reaching customers. Your role is essential in delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to read and understand instructions carefully
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
Nice To Haves
- Entry-level candidates may be considered; some automotive work experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs
- Conduct routine service inspections and complete standard maintenance tasks
- Complete required documentation accurately and comply with regulations
- Support shop appearance, safety standards, and inventory management
- Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
