Automotive Service Technician
About The Position
Overview Looking for A and B technicians for growing Nissan dealership Key responsibilities Perform in-depth diagnostics using OEM software, scan tools, oscilloscopes, and advanced test equipment. Repair and overhaul engines, transmissions, AWD/4WD systems, advanced electrical and hybrid systems, ADAS calibration, and module programming. Interpret service manuals, TSBs, wiring diagrams, and OEM procedures; complete accurate estimates and repair orders. Mentor Tech staff, oversee quality control, perform road tests, and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards. Handle warranty documentation and dealer paperwork; communicate directly with service advisors and manufacturer reps when required.
Requirements
- ASE Master preferred or equivalent; manufacturer certifications a strong plus.
- 5+ years dealership or equivalent heavy-diagnostic experience.
- Proficient with OEM diagnostic software, module programming, and advanced electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic reasoning, and communication skills.
- Owns a full set of professional tools; valid driver’s license.

- ASE Master preferred or equivalent; manufacturer certifications a strong plus.
