Requirements

Experience with warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high energy level.
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to connect with customers.
Ability to read and understand detailed instructions clearly.
Sound judgment and effective decision-making skills.
Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
ASE certification or equivalent technical aptitude required.

Nice To Haves

Technical or trade school degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using current tools and technical resources.
Provide courteous and professional service, including greeting customers at the Service Drive.
Stay updated on technical publications and system operations such as Service Comm and Asist terminals.
Perform safe, accurate vehicle repairs on the first attempt.
Address all original customer concerns before recommending additional services.
Inspect vehicles for further maintenance needs based on factory guidelines and local recommendations.
Ensure vehicles are returned clean and in excellent condition.
Participate in factory and internal training to maintain and improve technical skills.
Complete documentation accurately, attaching necessary paperwork to repair orders.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Maintain punctuality, professional appearance, and wear a clean uniform.
