We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will service and repair vehicles following all company standards and procedures. You may also perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet our quality standards. This position requires adherence to safety protocols, accuracy in documentation, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
- Strong safety awareness and commitment
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
Nice To Haves
- Previous automotive experience preferred but entry-level candidates will be considered
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs
- Perform routine inspections, tests, and standard maintenance tasks
- Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards
- Support shop appearance and safety, including inventory management and general maintenance
- Adhere to all shop policies, safety guidelines, and environmental regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and operational goals
