Requirements

  • Experience in warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on various vehicle makes and models
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding performance goals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certification or demonstrated technical aptitude
  • Technical or trade school degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer concerns accurately using the latest technical and administrative tools
  • Provide courteous service to all customers and assist as a secondary greeter at the Service Drive
  • Stay current on technical publications, Service Comm updates, and Asist terminal operations
  • Ensure vehicle services are completed safely and correctly on the first attempt
  • Address original customer concerns thoroughly before discussing additional sales
  • Inspect vehicles to identify maintenance needs based on local and factory recommendations
  • Return vehicles to customers clean or cleaner than when received
  • Participate in factory or in-house training programs as offered
  • Complete all paperwork thoroughly and attach required forms properly
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Service Manager, ASM, or Group Leader
  • Arrive on time, ready to work, and maintain a clean and professional appearance
