Summary Using advanced tools and equipment, you’ll tackle mechanical and electrical issues with precision and efficiency, while following manufacturer and dealership standards. This role requires a skilled mechanic with a passion for solving problems and delivering high-quality service.   • Must have clean & valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Dealership experience preferred
  • ASE and/or manufacturer certifications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, adhering to dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, steering, and suspension.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
  • Conduct test drives and inspections to confirm proper repairs have been completed by the automotive technician team.
  • Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs, collaborating with service advisors and parts advisors.
  • Clearly explain mechanical diagnoses and necessary repairs to the service advisor.
  • Stay updated on new automotive technologies and best practices through formal training sessions and certifications.
  • Inspect and test new vehicles, documenting findings to ensure all repairs align with mechanic and technician standards.
