About The Position

The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles according to established standards and procedures. This includes conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they are in excellent working order. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional and dependable work ethic
Strong focus on safety and customer service
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication abilities
Professional appearance
Ability to read and understand instructions accurately
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repairs
Perform routine service inspections, tests, and standard maintenance jobs
Complete all required documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
Support shop appearance and safety standards, including inventory management and general functions
Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental guidelines
Participate in staff meetings, training, and educational programs as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
