You get your hours in, then you get your time back. The Environment: Work in a fully Air-Conditioned shop. No more dragging in 95-degree heat. The Pay: We offer 1.5x the warranty rate. If you're skilled and efficient, you should be paid like it. The Volume: High car count + professional advisors = consistent, heavy paychecks year-round. Requirements
- Master & A/B-Level Technicians
- C-Level / Entry-Level Technicians
- State Inspection Licensed Techs (Preferred, not required)
- Motivated and hate standing around waiting for parts.
- Versatile and comfortable working on a variety of manufacturers.
- A team player who wants a long-term home, not a temporary stop.
