Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience in medium/heavy-duty automotive repair
- ASE certifications or OEM training
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium/heavy-duty vehicles
- Following OEM procedures and safety standards
- Completing work orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with service advisors and teammates on vehicle status
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and organized shop
- Participating in hands-on training, certifications, and continuing education
