We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician who is Honda Certified to join our team. This role involves servicing and repairing Honda vehicles according to manufacturer standards, conducting pre-delivery inspections, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This position is eligible for a $7,500 sign-on bonus for qualified Honda Certified applicants. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of three years' experience as a Honda technician
Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
Honda Certification required for sign-on bonus eligibility
Strong physical stamina with ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Customer service and safety oriented
Basic computer and internet proficiency
Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions

Responsibilities

Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service or repair
Perform routine inspections, tests, and maintenance services
Complete required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards
Support shop operations including inventory stocking and maintaining a safe, organized workspace
Follow all shop policies, safety, and environmental procedures
Participate in ongoing staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions
Perform additional duties as assigned
