Automotive Service & Reconditioning Lead

About The Position
This role is a mix of hands-on work and light team coordination. You’ll help keep vehicles moving through our reconditioning process while supporting the back-of-house team with organization, parts ordering, and deadlines. If you’ve worked as a mechanic, lube tech, or in body/paint — this will feel very familiar, just more structured and team-focused.
Requirements
- Mechanical experience (mechanic, lube tech, body/paint, or similar)
- Reliable and shows up ready to work
- Organized and able to keep track of multiple vehicles
- Good communication and team mindset
- Takes ownership and follows through
Nice To Haves
- Experience with EVs or Teslas
- Shop or team lead experience
- Basic diagnostic skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle inspections and light mechanical/reconditioning work
- Help manage workflow to keep vehicles moving efficiently
- Order parts and track deliveries
- Coordinate with the team to hit deadlines
- Keep the shop organized and running smoothly
