Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Good time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Basic computer/technology skills
Ability to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift
Must pass background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with service lane flow
Move, stage, and park vehicles in a high-volume environment (150+ vehicles daily)
Keep service lanes organized and traffic flowing smoothly
Transport vehicles to and from technician bays safely and efficiently
Perform basic vehicle tasks: Battery testing and documentation Tire pressure checks and adjustments Install service tags and prep vehicles for service
Wash, vacuum, and clean vehicles as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service drive and customer area
Communicate with Service Advisors on arrivals and vehicle status
Assist customers with basic questions and directions
Support the team with additional duties as needed
