The Service Porter at Olathe Ford Lincoln is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role involves parking, retrieving, and moving cars to assist both customers and staff, directing traffic, and providing general supervision of the parking lot. Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Friendly, energetic, and courteous with excellent customer service skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and well-groomed appearance
• Must be able to work outdoors during extreme seasonal temperatures during the summer and winter
• Must work well independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome sales customers in a friendly, courteous manner
• Park and drive used car vehicles as instructed
• Maintain used parking lot in a neat and organized manner
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Other duties may be assigned
