About The Position

Kruse Motors is looking for a Service Department Porter! As a porter you will be responsible for supporting daily service operations by safely transporting customer vehicles, delivering parts, and providing shuttle services for customers. The ideal candidate will provide a high level of customer service by treating every customer with professionalism, courtesy, and respect, helping create a positive and stress-free experience. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide safe and timely transportation for customers to and from the dealership, home or workplace Deliver and pick up customer vehicles after service completion in a professional and efficient manner Deliver automotive parts to vendors and other locations as directed by the parts department Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts staff regarding schedules and priorities Perform basic visual inspections of vehicles before and after transport (note any visible damage) Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies while operating vehicles Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles used for transport or delivery Customer Service Expectations: Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner Provide and comfortable, positive, and friendly transportation experience Represent the dealership with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction Handle customer interactions with patience and respect Qualifications: Valid drivers license Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles Strong time management and organizational skills Good communications and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Benefits: Health, vision, and dental insurance 401K plan with employee match Paid time off Career advancement opportunities Employee discounts Family owned and operated We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
